We invite you to celebrate our marriage with food, drinks, and cake at seven o'clock in
the evening on Saturday October the thirteenth two thousand and seven at Schuba's
Tavern 3159 North Southport Avenue Chicago, Illinois
Schuba's Tavern
We chose Schuba's as the location for our wedding celebration because it's a place that's
familiar to and loved by both of us. We've spent numerous evenings there over the years
watching bands play or just grabbing a drink or dinner. We could have easily picked a
banquet hall or a facility that's considerably larger but also unfamiliar and impersonal. Instead
we chose to go with a place we know we'll get to visit many more times afterwards and
continue to relive the memories of the evening!
We will be serving 100% vegetarian (and mostly vegan) finger foods all evening long and will
have an open bar. There will be music and maybe a little space for dancing if you are so
inclined. There's also a photo booth downstairs that we demand you take part in!
For our out of town guests: We have not blocked off any hotel rooms at a fancy pants hotel
because there are so few of you. We will be more than happy to assist you with finding a
hotel that fits your needs. For anything else you need (restaurants, things to do, etc.), we will
be absolutely happy to help you to have a great time during your stay!
